Summary
Seeking skilled concrete crew foreman with minimum 5 years experience in concrete forms, rebar, setting and finishing (including layout, footings, retaining walls and flatwork). Specialty concrete and masonry experience also a plus.
key qualifications
Must have a well-developed knowledge of the residential concrete process and be able to read and build from construction plan sets and details. Requires strong planning and crew leadership skills. Must have ability to develop material list and crew schedule/task list.
