Construction Superintendent - Site Supervisor Commerical
Summary
Oversee the site construction activities for large commercial manufacturing facility, future projects may include residential housing projects in Shasta County, CA.

key qualifications
Workload to be approx 20% office, 80% site.
Responsible to manage all trade sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, staff and labor while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsible for each project scope from beginning to end, including maintaining staffing, budgets, contract scope/code compliance and schedule.
Responsible for high-level communication and reporting to project team and client, including detailed logs and records.
Minimum 5 years construction and leadership experience, with a strong knowledge of all aspects of residential and light commercial construction.
Must be proficient in email communication and digital tools, including construction management and scheduling/tracking software.
