Construction Superintendent/Site Supervisor
Summary
Oversee the site construction activities for large custom home builds, major residential remodels and multi-family renovation projects in San Luis Obispo County, CA.
Looking for a team player with a passion for excellence who brings strong management, logistics and problem solving skills.
key qualifications
• Workload to be approx 20% office, 80% site.
• Responsible to manage all trade sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, staff and labor while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Responsible for each project scope from beginning to end, including maintaining staffing, budgets, contract scope/code compliance and schedule.
• Responsible for high-level communication and reporting to project team and client, including detailed logs and records.
Technical Requirements
• Minimum 5 years construction and leadership experience, with a strong knowledge of all aspects of residential and light commercial construction.
• Must be proficient in email communication and digital tools, including construction management and scheduling/tracking software.
• Basic drafting/design ability, fluent in plan reading and construction details.
• Excellent oral and written personal and technical communication ability.
• Ability to research and self-educate continually.
